Saturday 5th December 2015

The events for Saturday will follow that of Program 4, minus the 200m events, inorder to shortened the program and accommodate the Christmas Party afterwards. There will be 3 or 4 events.

Our Christmas party should start, hopefully at about 4:15pm. There will be a free sausage sizzle and each family is asked to bring a plate of food or dessert or large bottle of drink.

This will be our last Saturday competition until we start up again on Saturday 16th January 2015. The start time for that Saturday will be 2.45pm.

Training Next Week

There will be relay training next week to prepare our State Athletes for the State Relay Competition. Other Athletes are welcome to join in if they want relay training also. We will then resume training on Tuesday 19th January 2016.

Regional Championships 2016 - Friday 5 Feb to Sunday 7 Feb 2016 - at WINDSOR PARK, ALBION

Our most important competition of the Season is the Regional Championships and it is being held at Windsor Park (our grounds) this year, from Friday night 5 Feb 2016 to Sun 7 Feb 2016. It is an individual competition and athletes can compete in a maximum of 5 events. The program/schedule and nomination forms can be found by clicking on the links. All athletes should nominate and pick their favourite events. 

The last date for nominations is Saturday 23 Jan 2016. As many families are still on holidays it is best to nominate prior to Xmas. Nominations can be taken in the clubhouse this Saturday 5 December, then Saturdays 16 & 23 Jan 2016. If you can not make either these days please email info@citynorthlas.asn.au with your nomination form and pay via direct transfer (emailing confirmation of payment is helpful also) to:

City North Athletes will compete against the other 6 clubs in our region and is the qualifier for the State Champs in March. Cost is $10 per athlete and registration forms are also available at the Clubhouse.
