Field setup for Competition begins at 1:30 pm. Many hands make light work and all help is appreciated!
Athlete registration and regional nominations and payments from 2:00 pm.
Warmup begins at 2:30 pm. Competition cannot start if there are insufficient volunteers to ensure the competition arena is set up.
Parents should ensure that all children are signed in. It is a requirement of participation that a parent or carer remains onsite during competition.
Please bring a plate of food to share after our last events to get into the Christmas spirit!
